The “与sヂピ敛说阈牟吞?芬览涤谥?嬲?嬷拔靼肽崴构愠 ?eat GQ steak” and features a beautiful building with exposed concrete walls and floor-to-ceiling windows. There’s also a parking lot in the back, which solves a lot of parking issues for drivers!

After parking, you’ll walk along a small path lined with metasequoia trees on both sides – the atmosphere is really nice, and just the environment alone makes you feel relaxed.

The transparent floor-to-ceiling windows greatly enhance the lighting, creating a very cozy environment!

I made a reservation about a week in advance. Since it was for a weekend slot, we almost didn’t get a table, but luckily the staff were kind enough to help us secure a spot.

The interior is roughly divided into two dining areas. The inner space features a luxurious and grand decor, while the outer area is brighter.

That day, there were six adults and three kids. The restaurant arranged a ten-person table outside for us and even prepared three children’s chairs. For families with little ones, the availability of kids’ chairs is one of the key factors in choosing this restaurant. Aside from the chairs, they also provided kids' cutlery — pretty much everything you’d need (though I didn’t check if there was a diaper changing station)!

Both set meals and à la carte options are available, as well as Hong Kong-style dim sum, with a 10% service charge added to the price.

Chrysanthemum tea – priced per person, $50 each (only counted for the six adults). The flavor isn’t very strong; it’s rather refreshing and pairs well with meals to cut through grease.

Huangqiao sesame seed cake – $128

This dish was tastier than expected. It wasn’t too greasy, with a filling of both meat and vegetables, plus the aroma of sesame seeds adding extra flavor.

Fruitwood oven-roasted Peking duck (whole) – $1,880. When we sat down, a friend asked me if we had reserved the duck in advance. I said, “Reserve it? I didn’t know we had to!” He replied, “If we can’t have the duck today, ask us to come again another day!” What a pain. Thankfully, the staff nearby said, “You don’t need to reserve the duck anymore!” Phew, otherwise I would’ve had to print fake money!

When the duck was first brought out, it really made an impression — we all gathered around to take pictures. (Even the neighboring table’s guests took sneaky photos of our duck!)

The chef skillfully sliced the duck with expert knife skills, cutting off piece after piece. While we were taking pictures, we could even hear the “crispy crisp” sound of the skin being sliced!

Before long, it was all bone and no meat… (The duck says: it was worth dying for!)

They also provided pancake wrappers, sweet bean sauce, cucumber, and green onions.

Wrap the sliced duck in the pancake with green onion, cucumber, and a bit of sweet bean sauce. The duck skin is super crispy, rich in fat but not greasy at all. After chewing, it’s pure satisfaction — absolutely delicious!

The bones left after slicing the duck are taken back to the kitchen to make congee, so it’s a two-in-one duck experience.

The duck congee has a simple and refreshing taste, with not too many seasonings, yet full of duck aroma. The kids loved it — even Little Cherry ate a whole bowl.

XO sauce radish cake – $180This is a Hong Kong-style radish cake. We originally wanted to order it for the kids, but even the adults praised how tasty it was. It contains ham and dried shrimp, and the texture isn’t monotonous.

Singaporean curry prawn pot – $880Buns are served on the side and can be eaten with the prawn pot. The buns came at just the right time — they’re also good for the little ones, warm and slightly chewy. The curry prawn pot is quite rich in flavor, and eating it alone might taste a bit too salty. We ended up pairing it with fried rice, which worked better. Just the shrimp were a bit dry, which was a bit of a shame.

Stir-fried asparagus – $368The price isn’t low, but it performed really well. The asparagus had very tender fibers, and you could taste the wok hei — it was refreshing and delicious.

Egg white claypot crab meat fried rice – $480Wherever there's Taiwanese text, there's fried rice. Honestly, it's also because we were worried the guys wouldn't get full, so adding an extra dish of fried rice helps with satiety. This fried rice is perfectly cooked with distinct grains, and it’s delicious with just a simple seasoning of egg white, green onions, and crab meat!

Golden & Silver Treasure House - $128Looks like a sesame ball from the outside, doesn’t it? Hahaha! If it were just a sesame ball, that would be too boring!

I used my small cherry-picking scissors to cut open the Golden & Silver Treasure House, and the golden flowing-sand filling oozed out. The crust is crispy yet chewy, and the filling is rich but not greasy. This dish was delicious and brought a perfect ending to the day’s meal!

That day, our group of six adults and three kids spent over $5,000. One dish, the roast pork, wasn’t available, which was a bit of a pity, but we all left full. The prices aren’t cheap, but they’re within budget, and the food was really great—especially the roast duck, which was absolutely delicious. Everyone had a wonderful time!
