Registration for the National Mass Alpine Skiing Open is now open in full swing!! No competitive experience? Not a professional athlete? Want to exchange skills with fellow skiing enthusiasts in a fully official and fair competition? No problem at all!! To build the National Mass Winter Sports Season,2014-2015During the snow season, the Chinese Ski Association organized a skiing open event specifically for mass skiing enthusiasts. With an official competition system, an official judging and arbitration team from the Chinese Ski Association, it provides a fair, just, and high-level platform for communication and competition for skiing lovers across the country!!
The competition consists of two events: men’s giant slalom and women’s giant slalom. The first leg of the event will be held on2015year,1month,3day at the Great Wallling Ski Resort in Hebei, the second leg on2month,7day at the Songhua Lake Ski Resort in Jilin, and the final championship on3month,8day at the Secret Garden of Magic Mountain Ski Resort in Hebei. This competition aims to provide a great opportunity for skiing enthusiasts to exchange and compete. To ensure fairness, professional skiers (active or retired) and individuals whose main occupation is skiing are excluded from participating. Participants are not restricted by nationality. The registration fee is only100yuan, and there are generous prizes. The top eight male and top six female participants in each leg, as well as the top eight male and top six female participants in the finals, will receive certificates and prizes issued by the Chinese Ski Association!!
Although participation is limited to non-professionals, the competition will strictly follow the latest edition of the FIS Alpine Skiing Competition Rules approved by the Winter Sports Management Center of the General Administration of Sport of China, striving for fairness and justice. It brings non-professional skiing enthusiasts into a professionally regulated competitive environment, allowing every participant to enjoy the thrill and excitement of ski racing while having fun on the slopes.
