This N< restaurant located in Gongguan<, a restaurant that has only been open for a month, has already attracted many visitors, especially its signature rose wagyu N<, which has left many customers raving and saying they would love to have a second bowl!

The mountain restaurant's ordering method mimics Japan's vending machine system. There aren't many choices, which helps reduce customer hesitation, and since there are limited seats, this setup speeds up the ordering process. Currently, the N rice bowls can be roughly divided into four types, with options of beef, pork, or chicken. As for portion size, women can go for the small, while men will likely need the large to feel full.

The store’s signature dish isRose Wagyu N<<, which combines Japanese< rice and Western culinary techniques into a creative dish. Thin slices of raw wagyu are layered to form the shape of a rose. Actually, it looks more like a volcano, and a raw egg yolk is placed on top. When the yolk is broken and mixed with the sauce poured over the white rice, it resembles a volcanic eruption — both delicious and visually striking. Additionally, this N< rice does not come with side dishes, but it includes miso soup. It’s worth noting that aside from the tender and juicy meat, the rice used is Taiwan Jing No. 9 variety, so each grain is plump and has a Q texture, complementing the various N< rice dishes and sauces perfectly.
