Following the opening of Kura Sushi, another Japanese conveyor belt sushi brand, はま寿司 (HAMA Sushi), officially launched in September. But in less than two months, HAMA Sushi’s second branch is set to open on November 1, located near Nanjing Fuxing MRT Station.
HAMA Sushi offers over 70 types of sushi, starting at NT$40 per plate, along with sashimi, salads, soups, udon, ramen, desserts, and even coffee. The signature items on HAMA Sushi’s menu can be divided into nigiri sushi, deep-fried sushi, thin rolls, grilled sushi, battleship rolls, and the rarely seen meat sushi in Taiwan, totaling more than 70 varieties. Among them, there are as many as 29 types of nigiri sushi and 16 types of battleship rolls. As for the meat sushi, there are three options: grilled beef, teriyaki beef, and scallion prosciutto.
