Tired of colorful and flamboyant flowers and plants, in recent years there has been a gradual rise in the "succulent plant" healing trend. Succulents mainly grow in deserts and arid regions, and their roots and stems grow particularly plump to store water—hence their chubby appearance. Easy to care for, just placing a pot at home or on your office desk makes you feel healed whenever you glance at it. This shop is adorably named "Succulent" (有肉)! Located in an alley on Da’an Road, it’s a gift shop that pairs succulent plants with designer pots. With a Japanese minimalist style, the clean white walls are covered with a whole wall of lush succulent plant arrangements. Inside, there’s a wide variety of succulent species, bringing together over 30 succulent-related brands. Pots, sundries, shelves, displays, decorations—you name it, they’ve got it. You might end up wanting to take everything home.

The shop also offers DIY classes for succulent planting, with different themes such as making clay pots with your family, Halloween pumpkin parties, and carving rainbow little succulents. This succulent plant restaurant in Taichung is located on Yongchun East Road. The garden is filled with green plants, and pots of succulents are neatly arranged—including various species like Star Rabbit, Cinnamon Rabbit, Broadleaf Black Rabbit, Monkey King Rabbit, Peach Egg, and Lucinda. This place is not just a restaurant but also like a mini flower market. After your meal, you can step outside and admire the entire healing area of succulents. Each small pot is clearly labeled with a price, and you can even take your favorite ones home.
