Aside from mooncakes, is there a different option for Mid-Autumn Festival? Starting September 9, the cheese tart brand BAKE CHEESE TART has launched its autumn festival gift box, the “BAKE CHEESE TART Golden Moon Gift Box,” packaged in a traditional Japanese furoshiki cloth instead of a conventional paper bag. Each BAKE CHEESE TART Golden Moon Gift Box is priced at NT$1,499 and contains four boxes of six cheese tarts each. The promotion runs until October 4.

BAKE CHEESE TART originates from Hokkaido and prides itself on using “carefully selected high-quality ingredients from Hokkaido.” Its standout feature is “crispy, flaky tart crusts and soft, smooth, creamy fillings.” The mousse-like cheese filling is perfectly blended with three types of Hokkaido cheese and one type of French salted cheese. Using a “double-baking method,” the tart crusts are first baked until crisp, then the cheese filling is added for a second bake to maintain the crust’s signature crispy, cookie-like texture. 100% of the finished products are imported from Japan and freshly baked in Taiwan to offer customers delicious, freshly made cheese tarts.
