The vendor shared that since their hometown is in Taichung, and the burger ice cream received such a great response, they were eager to let more locals enjoy this treat. So, they decided to return to Taichung in recent months and set up operations in the Nantun District.

Inside this compact mobile food truck, alongside cute American-style signage, you can see a variety of ingredients through the glass window. The owner, guided by the philosophy of “unlimited creativity—don’t let your thinking be limited,” developed the astonishing burger ice cream. Even more special is that customers aren’t bound by a menu, as all items are offered as a “customized service,” ensuring everyone can enjoy their own exclusive “sweet burger.”

To make a burger ice cream, customers go through five steps when ordering: selecting their preferred bread, sauce, ice cream, snack, and fruit. The owner has put a lot of thought into offering a wide range of options in each category—for example, there are four types of bread, six sauce and snack options, and seasonal fresh fruits.

Moreover, all the ice creams come from the popular Japanese brand “Meiji,” which excites many sweet-toothed fans. With over dozens of possible combinations, you’ll never get bored and will always experience something new.
