More flight options from Kaohsiung to Macau available now！Far Eastern Air Transport adds new route in December with two daily flights

Following the launch of the Taipei–New o_ route, Far Eastern Air Transport has added a new Kaohsiung–Macau flight starting December 1 to expand its international destinations. The new route offers two daily flights, making travel between southern Taiwan and Macau more convenient.

Ye Shunuan, Director of Far Eastern Air Transport’s Integrated Operations Division, said that passenger traffic from Taiwan to Macau remains at a healthy level, so the airline is optimistic about the new Kaohsiung–Macau route. First-flight passenger load on December 1 is expected to reach around 70–80%.

Far Eastern Air Transport has been actively expanding its international routes recently. This year, it has launched new services to Harbin, New o_, Da Nang, and Macau. Departure cities have also expanded from Taipei and Taichung to include Kaohsiung, helping to balance tourism development across northern, central, and southern Taiwan while offering travelers more choices.
