After confirming its expansion to Kaohsiung, where will Tim Ho Wan open next? Now it's confirmed to be at TaiMall Shopping Center in Taoyuan City, with the opening date set for November 2. Friends in the Taoyuan area who love Tim Ho Wan no longer need to travel north to Taipei to enjoy Michelin-starred Hong Kong-style dim sum.

Tim Ho Wan’s Kaohsiung Hanshin Dome branch officially began soft opening on August 5. Official statistics show that within the first three days of the soft opening, the store welcomed over 6,000 visitors. The popular crispy BBQ pork buns sold more than 10,000 units, averaging about one bun every 12.6 seconds, breaking the HOYII North Station branch’s soft opening record of 17 seconds per bun. Tim Ho Wan’s Kaohsiung branch has specially introduced three “Chef’s Recommended New Dishes” tailored to local tastes and exclusive to the Kaohsiung store—White Pepper Pork Tripe Soup, Osmanthus Shrimp Lotus Balls, and Sticky Toffee Balls. Among these, Osmanthus Shrimp Lotus Balls and Sticky Toffee Balls are brand-new dishes.
