Ski resorts should prominently display “Skiing Guidelines for Visitors” and necessary safety warnings. They are required to have public liability insurance in place and provide convenient insurance services for visitors. A medical aid room must be set up, staffed with full-time medical personnel and equipped with rescue medical devices. Emergency rescue agreements should be signed with nearby hospitals to facilitate timely medical assistance. Emergency response plans must be formulated, rescue teams established, and rescue equipment provided, with regular emergency drills conducted to ensure timely and effective emergency responses. Ski instructors and guides must undergo safety training. For major warning alerts, the Provincial Tourism Bureau will coordinate with relevant media outlets to disseminate the warnings. Tourism departments at all levels are required to establish platforms for issuing warning alerts.
