Winter is the perfect time to visit Taitung. From now until December 5, Taitung County Government is offering three tour routes – the South Loop Line, the Longitudinal Valley Line, and the Coastal Line. One-day tours are available for 599 TWD, and two-day tours start from 2,599 TWD. During this period, travelers can explore Taitung at nearly half the regular price. Nearby travelers from Hualien, Pingtung, and Kaohsiung counties and cities can also take advantage of shuttle buses for just 250 TWD round trip.

Travelers who want to admire the roselle flower fields or visit coffee or organic turmeric farms can choose the “South Loop Line Tour.” Those interested in learning about tea culture and experiencing rice production can opt for the “Longitudinal Valley Line Tour.” For those wanting to watch Taiwan’s international surfing competitions and join eco-experiences in the Fushan Fish Conservation Area, the “Coastal Line Tour” is the way to go.

The three “Happy Bus Happiness Tours” combine tribal cultural experiences, eco-tourism, and DIY activities, and also include guided tours and beautiful souvenirs. A one-day tour costs 599 TWD (original price 1,499 TWD), and two-day tours start from 2,599 TWD (original price starting from 4,380 TWD), with a minimum of 10 people required to depart.

Additionally, a shuttle bus discount is available for travelers from nearby counties and cities (Hualien, Pingtung, and Kaohsiung), with departures for groups of 20 or more at just 250 TWD round trip. This makes a one-day tour only 849 TWD and a two-day tour only 2,849 TWD, all-inclusive. Taitung County Government welcomes everyone to experience the beauty and vitality of Taitung in winter.
