1. Activity Theme: “Get Close to Animals, Step into Nature, Feel Family Bond”
2. Activity Objectives:
(1) To allow children to enter nature, get close to it, enjoy the beautiful scenery of spring, experience life, and feel the harmony between humans and nature through contact with the natural world.
(2) To enable emotional exchange and the experience of joy through interactive games among children, parents, and teachers.
(3) To inspire children’s love for nature and enhance their environmental awareness.
3. Activity Date: April 17, 2012 (Tuesday)
4. Participants: All nursery, kindergarten, middle, and senior class children, teachers, and parents in the kindergarten
5. Activity Location: Parent-Child Activity – Shunde Chiran Farm
6. Activity Preparation
(1) Develop the plan (Person in charge: Director Zhang, Head of Department)
(2) Banner, kindergarten flag, activity notice (Person in charge: Assistant)
(3) Kindergarten preparations
(Mineral water, vehicles, confirming number of participants, spring outing items, essential medications, overall safety and stability coordination, etc., Person in charge: Head of Department)
(4) Preparations by grade level:
1. Each class selects 3 parent committee volunteers and 1 photographer to assist in organizing the activity
(Person in charge: Class teachers)
2. Prepare game materials and gain relevant experience. For example, class signs (Person in charge: Grade leader, class teachers)
3. Ask parents and children to prepare spring outing items together.
(Children should wear uniform kindergarten attire, parents should wear group tour hats, bring properly fitting shoes, backpacks, tissues, motion sickness medication, food, etc.)
(5) Safety measures:
1. Strengthen management and supervision, implement safety precautions at every step, assigning responsibility to individuals.
2. Class teachers will educate children on safety for the spring outing to enhance their safety awareness and self-protection abilities.
3. The health care doctor will carry first aid supplies in case of emergencies involving the children.
4. During the spring outing, all actions must follow instructions, depart on time, and return to school on time.
5. All teachers and students must wear their kindergarten uniforms.
6. During visits, maintain orderly conduct, and teach children not to push, run, or play roughly.

VIII. Activity Schedule:
8:00 Mobilization and preparation before departure
8:00–8:30 Gather and line up in the large and small playgrounds; the whole kindergarten departs in sequence.
Around 9:50 Arrive at the destination respectively and take a short rest.
10:00–11:10 Take group photos, gather on the main lawn for parent-child games, and assign parent-child homework
11:10–14:45 Free time activities [Changlu Leisure Resort Farm]
Lunch is self-arranged
14:45 End of activities, gather at the main gate and take the chartered bus back to Guangzhou.
