The sunshine is bright outside the window, the scenery is perfect
Yet you're sitting in your cubicle
Greasy-faced and staring at the computer
Do you feel stressed out and drained?
If so, quickly check how many of the following symptoms
You've got

1Don’t want to work

When working, you can't concentrate, and sometimes you just don’t want to work at all. Your eyes are on the computer, but your mind is fantasizing about beautiful faraway places.

2 Always feeling low on energy

Feeling like life has been terrible recently, nothing feels fun, and you can't muster the energy. You might even feel like you haven't had a good laugh in ages.

3 Feeling like nothing matters

Life feels robotic and dull. You feel like it doesn’t matter what you eat or what you do, and nothing sparks your interest.

4 Extremely sensitive, easily angered

A single word or small thing can set off your emotions. You often feel like there's anger inside you that needs to burst out, and sometimes you don't even know why you’re mad.

5 Prefer being alone

Don’t want to go out or talk to people. Just want to be alone in silence — even if it’s just spacing out — rather than joining the lively surroundings.

6 Irregular sleep schedule, insomnia

Tossing and turning at night, feeling like you have a million things to do, but not wanting to do anything during the day.

7 Really don’t want to see travel posts on social media

Whenever you see friends posting travel photos, you feel down and upset. You get jealous that others are out traveling while you’re stuck at home.

8 Always want to scream to let it out

You constantly feel an inexplicable pressure and want to shout out loud to release all your negative emotions.

9 Seeing the beautiful spring scenery makes you feel life is being wasted

Looking at the wonderful spring views and scenery, you feel that the boring workday is simply a waste of life.

10 Overly sentimental, reminiscing about the past

Becoming increasingly sentimental, frequently reminiscing about the past. You might even become moody and teary-eyed over certain memories.

11 Overthinking

Always overthinking, and often feeling like something bad is going to happen to me.

12 Always fantasizing about doing extreme sports

Often imagining myself skydiving, surfing, or bungee jumping—how I wish I could do some extreme sports to break this boring and oppressive routine.

13 I really want to spend money

Always wanting to spend the money in my hands, going on crazy shopping sprees, but feeling torn due to real-life pressures.

14 Always feeling lonely and insignificant

Feeling like I’m always alone, misunderstood, so lonely it’s as if I don’t even exist.

15 I really want a soulmate

I really want someone who understands me, to share my joys and sorrows with, but I’m always alone, feeling like my heart is full of love yet has nowhere to go.

16 Worried about my health, always feeling like I’m sick

Always feeling like I’m ill, even imagining that I have cancer, and regretting not having gone out to see the wider world yet.

17 I really want to go out and travel

I’m really looking forward to going out and seeing the world—no destination in mind, not even sure where I want to go, but just don’t want to stay where I am.

No matter how many of these you relate to
I hope everyone can arrange a trip for themselves
Break out of your current fixed routine
