A 3-story drop in just 10 seconds—Taiwan’s first-ever water-based freefall ride!

Summer is the perfect time to head to a water park, and this season, Leofoo Village Theme Park has unveiled a brand-new attraction: the “Scream Bottomless Pit.” It’s Taiwan’s only high-speed water-based freefall ride, where you can experience a vertical plunge from the height of a 3-story building and enjoy the thrill of sliding at 7.8 meters per second, along with 360-degree twists and turns that will leave you dizzy with excitement.

The “Scream Bottomless Pit” was manufactured by the world-renowned water slide experts, Germany’s WIEGAND-MAELZER company. The ride stands 13.78 meters tall and spans 78.10 meters in length. The entire vertical drop from a 3-story height takes about 10 seconds, with some visitors even saying, “I didn’t even have time to scream before it was over!”

The highlight of this ride is that riders stand on the launch platform as the countdown begins. The moment the trapdoor retracts, you’re launched vertically at 2.5G acceleration. The 360-degree rotating slide offers dazzling light and shadow effects, and the entire 10-second adrenaline rush is often compared to the speed sensation of a Porsche.
