Taiwan’s first-ever giant claw machine arcade game hits Tainan—another must-visit attraction!

An entrepreneur invested millions to install a towering 6-meter-high giant claw machine at the bustling intersection of Guohua Street and Shulin Street. Prizes include 3C electronics, stationery, and daily necessities, with the top prize worth NT$50,000. Already, many visitors have come to test their luck.

The inspiration for the giant claw machine came from children. Seeing the disappointed expressions on kids’ faces when they couldn’t win a prize led to the idea of designing a machine where everyone can win and enjoy the game, while also fulfilling the founder’s own playful dream.
