1. Overly revealing clothing

Wearing clothing associated with religious meanings, curses, or national flags can easily offend specific groups and lead to disrespect—so it’s best to avoid such attire.

5. Valuable jewelry
It’s also not advisable to wear overly flashy jewelry while traveling abroad, as it can make you a target for theft and increase safety risks.

6. Inappropriate clothing
For example, colors carry different meanings in many countries—for instance, the colors worn at funerals or weddings differ between Western and Asian cultures.
