Hualien’s Red Rubber Duck Returns with a Must-See Summer Light and Water Show

Taiwan’s highly anticipated summer event, “Red Rubber Duck Fun Summer Vacation,” is back. The most adorable Red Rubber Duck family will put on nearly a month of performances at Liyu Lake from July 15 to August 12. Not only will there be rhythmic fountains during the day, but also light and water shows in the evening, plus the hugely popular water screen theater “Legend of Qilai III,” making it a lively spectacle.

It not only presents spectacular performances with light and sound, but also choreographs water dances that complement the lake scenery.
Each year, the Red Rubber Duck Fun Summer Vacation introduces exciting and diverse outdoor stage performances that blend Hualien’s natural and cultural landscapes, while also creating a delightful contrast with the beautiful scenery of Liyu Lake in Shoufeng Township. The unique Hualien live-action show “Legend of Qilai,” performed annually, will return this year with a brand-new look, generating much anticipation.
Each year, the Red Rubber Duck Fun Summer Vacation introduces exciting and diverse outdoor stage performances.
The therapeutic duck family will launch the “Shining Ducks Night Light Show” in the evenings.
In addition, the much-loved therapeutic duck family will gather together to present the “Shining Ducks Night Light Show” at night, with their cute and charming appearances sure to delight visitors of all ages.

Daily from 10:00 to 17:00 (one show per hour, each lasting 5 minutes)
