Trendy Food Hotspot +1: Taiwan’s First Buckskin Beer Restaurant

Following the launch of BUCKSKIN beer, King Car Group has opened its first beer restaurant under the same name, “BUCKSKIN Beer Restaurant,” on a street in Xinyi District, creating a stylish venue with an abundance of European-style elements both inside and out, and developing up to 50 dishes that perfectly pair with beer.

As early brewing often involved the use of copper equipment, the restaurant’s design incorporates a lot of antique brass-plated materials to create a stylish industrial aesthetic. The space also includes private rooms suitable for business meetings, as well as an outdoor area reminiscent of a European street to cater to different customer needs.

Beyond its stunning interior and exterior design, the BUCKSKIN Beer Restaurant also attracts food enthusiasts with its drinks and dishes. It offers up to 12 varieties of German-style draft beers brewed by King Car Group itself, along with a series of beer-themed dishes such as the BUCKSKIN Beer Aspic, BUCKSKIN Mushroom Beer Shrimp, and the Bulldog Pork Chop, among other signature offerings.
