André Chiang personally selected unique Asian spices and flavors, using nearly 30 ingredients including sweet shrimp, scallops, asparagus, and tofu to simmer the broth. China Airlines said that business class passengers on the inaugural A350 flight from Taoyuan to Amsterdam and Vienna on January 9 next year will be able to taste the “Oriental Beauty Soup.” In the future, this gourmet dish will also be offered periodically on special flight routes.
