For a 2-day, 1-night light trip, keep both your itinerary and luggage light; avoid packing all night—tools and methods are key. The goal of using tools is to “reduce volume,” “make things clear at a glance,” and “shorten packing time.” Mastering these little tips makes packing super easy and your trip much more relaxing!

Large shopping bags (preferably soft and foldable)—you must choose ones that can be folded up small and take up no space. Undoubtedly a treasure in travel packing, they’re great for carrying souvenirs, shopping loot, or storing worn clothes.

You can use different styles of laundry bags to organize small underwear or your child’s clothes. Roll the clothes and place them in cylindrical laundry bags, then zip them up—done!

P.S. This laundry bag has multiple roles. After serving as a travel organizer, it can go back to being a proper laundry bag later.

Ziplock bags block air, are waterproof enough, and reusable. They’re great for carrying medicine, diapers, clothes, toiletries... very versatile for travel storage with many uses.

P.S. Don’t throw away those ziplock bags from national brands used for sending clothes—they can be reused!

Storage boards are useful in travel for organizing toiletries and cosmetics. They use elastic bands to hold items in place, preventing sliding and making access and storage easy. The back has a pocket design—put a plastic bag in it to store laundry or damp swimsuits not yet dry.

Cut stockings into sections and use their elasticity to bundle clothes so they don’t come undone. It also reduces the volume of items—super suitable for winter coats and thick clothing. Cutting from the foot of the stocking upwards into sections can also make them into pouches, great for carrying outerwear when out.

To reduce luggage weight, you can opt for disposable bottles, disposable milk powder bags, or use local ziplock bags as milk powder bags when traveling. This helps save luggage space and reduces the number of bottles needed.

The bicycle basket waterproof cover is perfect for keeping rain out when it pours—it’s a great value item from a 39-yuan store.
Also, don’t forget to pack your child’s raincoat in your daypack just in case!

Fabric materials are easy to clean, giving utensils a home so nothing leaks during travel.

Prepare a lightweight, space-saving travel power strip or extension cord, so you won’t have to get up at night to charge devices one by one.

A pen-shaped scissors is handy for carrying around and is usually used mostly for cutting food.

Bring portable toys to give kids some quiet time. Examples include pocket kites, bubble blowers, board games, and puzzle games. These essentials make traveling worry-free!

Pack your child’s favorite books—picture books or educational ones—great for relaxing moments or bedtime.

A foldable two-in-one phone stand for home and travel—you’ll never have to worry about where to put your phone.

Kids will eventually get tired and want to sleep. A stroller helps you avoid arm fatigue.

Though a stroller is convenient, in narrow roads, crowded areas, or when stairs are unavoidable, a baby carrier is the better tool.

When the sun is strong, be prepared. Don’t forget a sun hat, sunscreen, sunglasses, and an umbrella—all essential.

Very convenient and easy to use when packing light luggage. Kids can even prepare their own items too.

You must bring this on trips to stay hydrated anytime. Start going green now—it’s safe and convenient.

Sometimes when playing or waiting in lines, there may not be nearby shops. Parents might want to prepare a bit. As mentioned, though strollers are convenient, in narrow roads, crowded places, or when stairs are needed...

You’re bound to get mosquito bites outdoors. Bring this to prevent your child from getting bitten and crying non-stop.

This is a mom’s bag and also a high chair, perfect for little babies.

Hotel or homestay pillows are often too high for infants. It’s recommended parents bring their own for convenience.
