The teddy bears are back！The 4th Happy Bear Urban Carnival is set to launch on December 17. This year, it steps out of Taichung once more to hold a dual-city exhibition together with Kaohsiung. The event will take place at the Wenxin Forest Park in Taichung from December 17 to January 22, 2017, and at Kaohsiung’s Formosa Boulevard from January 23 to February 21, 2017. One hundred large Happy Bear installations will be displayed to promote the cities, along with markets and activities. The theme this time is “Love. Sharing. Friendship.”

In addition to one hundred brand-new outdoor installations featuring dynamic poses, this year’s Happy Bear Urban Carnival will also introduce newly planned interactive activities. Visitors can not only admire the art but also experience it firsthand. The carnival combines urban sightseeing highlights, artistic flair, cultural events, and eco-friendly initiatives.
