Zhen Taifei
The refined F HOTEL Zhiben in Taitung, located in the Zhiben Hot Spring area and close to Taimali, is a stylish inn nestled in the valley. We chose to stay at the nearby F HOTEL Zhiben because one of the light shows during the 2016 Taitung Hot Air Balloon Festival was held in the Bai lan Zhiben Hot Spring area. The F HOTEL Zhiben gave off a very upscale vibe—with its high ceilings and fashionable exterior, it exceeded the standards of a typical business hotel.
The public lobby’s rest and business area also has computers available for guests to use.
There was a lively and eventful atmosphere before the hot air balloon festival.
The lobby was adorned with hot air balloons, which made us even more excited for the evening light and music show.
Simple yet functional fitness facilities.
We stayed in a family room, which had two comfortable standard queen-sized beds, along with not just pillows but also bolster pillows. The room was extremely clean and cozy, and even featured carpeted flooring.
Having stayed at both the F HOTEL Chiayi and the F HOTEL Sanyi, I found this Zhiben location to be the cleanest and most comfortable. Of course, the other two hotels have their own strengths—for example, the Chiayi branch is particularly family-friendly.
The warm earth-toned walls and soft yellow lighting were so comforting that someone actually dozed off on the small sofa.
A simple work desk.
All necessary amenities were readily available.
As a family who loves hot spring bathing, the biggest reason we opted for the family room was the bathtub—you can even watch TV through the transparent glass window while soaking.
The dry-wet separated bathroom was also very clean, and shy guests can pull the curtain for privacy.
This stay at the F HOTEL Zhiben left a very good impression—a clean, comfortable, and refined hotel.
