So this holiday, my Martin was again nagging to take Sister Xi out for a walk. It was a holiday, stuck at home, and Sister Xi was feeling all lazy and unmotivated, practically turning into a couch potato. Martin just couldn’t stand it anymore and suggested we head to a breathtaking field of cosmos and sunflowers in He Mei for some photos. Huh? What’s so spectacular about just a flower field? (Sister Xi always thinks Martin is a bit over the top!)

Actually, Martin has seen this spot several times already, and he genuinely recommends that the flower fields in He Mei are really worth a visit. Wow wow wow, as soon as Sister Xi saw it in person, she thought – wow, it’s truly spectacular and very much worth visiting for anyone who loves taking photos and enjoying flowers!

It’s absolutely… stunningly beautiful.

Wowww!! Sister Xi was completely surrounded by a sea of cosmos flowers. Thanks to Martin insisting on this trip, it made her feel so happy inside!

Even now, while sitting in front of the computer writing this article and looking at these beautiful memories, there’s still a warm sense of happiness all around.

For Sister Xi, honestly, as long as she explores beautiful places with her beloved family, the memories gained will always be the most wonderful.

Shh... let’s spill the tea – among the three groups in the photo, one group actually recognized Sister Xi on the spot. Yep, she’s a friend of Sister Xi’s on Facebook. Meeting someone for the first time is always extra exciting and a little shy.

... Really, it’s so pretty. The white and pink cosmos flowers paired with bright yellow sunflowers create a beautiful, interwoven scene with zero sense of disharmony!
