A one-day family-friendly IG photo spot tour in Taichung—spend an afternoon with the adorable carousel!

On this holiday with great weather, we set off on a one-day trip to central TaiwanPopular IG spotsfor a one-day trip. There are so many popular spots in central Taiwan, and I found several that are perfect for family outings.

Let’s start with the farthest one, Changhua!! Our first stop is Xiushui Mazhongli in Changhua, which features acolorful and adorable carousel.

The Mazhong Herbal Plant Park seems to be under development and not yet fully completed.

Inside, there’s a fixed, colorful carousel that has become a popular IG photo spot. It really looks like one from a theme park and is very photogenic.

It’s perfect for bringing kids to play and take photos. Xiaomi and Xixi were both super happy posing on the carousel.

Helping Mr. Rabbit pull out the radish, heave-ho!! Heave-ho~~ Go for it!

The second stop is atbeside Dayang Elementary School in Qingshui Districtwhere there’s a cute little photo spot, also great for wedding shoots—featuring flying balloons in the sky, along with adorable rabbits, sheepdogs, and a little girl.

Dudu was super curious about the balloons!

Mommy really likes this one—it’s Xiaomi taking a photo with the camera. The feeling of the balloons flying into the sky!

Xiaomi and Xixi kept telling mommy to hurry up with the photos—their hearts were already flying to...

Answer revealed>>> There’s a slide park behind it!! Look at them running over, they really want to play, hahaha!

Heading toward the park, there’s also a sandbox area, but sadly it’s overgrown with weeds and not maintained!

This park is quite large, with various types of slides, rocking horses, and swings. The kids had a blast playing and didn’t want to leave!

Next to the park, there’s also a small photo spot where you can shoot the Dayang Oil Depot.

But shooting it from a distance has a certain charm, giving off a mysterious vibe!

We originally came to shoot the new story museum exterior wall, a popular IG mini-spot at the Intercontinental. But we only discovered it was on the other side when leaving, haha, next time we’ll make up for it.

I live not far from the Intercontinental Baseball Stadium, but this is my first time bringing the kids here. It’s also suitable for families to visit together. Many parents bring their children here to ride balance bikes and practice pitching.
