Organized by Japan’s famed creative team NAKED, the “TOKYO ART CITY BY NAKED” exhibition deploys hundreds of light projectors and blends sound-and-light effects to compress Tokyo’s iconic spots into a dreamlike, dazzling art city. For the first time overseas, it made its debut on June 30 at Huashan 1914 Creative Park in its entirety!

The “TOKYO ART CITY BY NAKED: Light-Up Tokyo!” 360° Dreamlike Visual Exhibition” is curated by Japan’s well-known creative team NAKED. Centered around Tokyo’s famous attractions, the exhibition features over 200 oversized models, illuminated through hundreds of projectors, enhanced with LED lights, music, and special effects. It realistically portrays various facets of Tokyo—from its nightlife, traffic, crowds, romance, streetscapes, to fashion—immersing visitors as if they’re standing right in the heart of Tokyo.

In “TOKYO ART CITY BY NAKED: Light-Up Tokyo!” 360° Dreamlike Visual Exhibition,” Tokyo’s iconic spots are meticulously recreated, including “Shinjuku,” home to skyscraper clusters and the lively Kabukicho district, showcasing Tokyo’s radiant nightlife; “Harajuku,” the hub of fashion and dessert trends, where projections of falling flower petals and candy rain along with interactive games will surely delight anyone with a sweet tooth.

Through LED lights, music, and special effects, the exhibition authentically presents Tokyo’s night scenes, traffic, crowds, romance, street vibes, and fashion, making you feel as though you're walking down the heart of Tokyo. (Image credit: TOKYO ART CITY BY NAKED Exhibition)

It also features the world-famous Shibuya Crossing, where tens of thousands of people and vehicles converge. With dynamic light projections, it showcases the vibrant energy of the city. “Ueno,” home to Japan’s most renowned museum—the Tokyo National Museum—is innovatively reconstructed by the NAKED team in a surprising way.
