Situated by the Tamsui River, Asahi Fufu Ice Shop offers breathtaking riverside views alongside Japanese-style shaved ice, creating the feel of an Okinawan shop. With both indoor and outdoor counter areas, guests particularly enjoy sitting outdoors, savoring stylish Japanese shaved ice while watching the Tamsui sunset.

The owner once worked as a diving instructor in Okinawa, which inspired the shop’s distinctly Japanese-Okinawan decor. The syrups drizzled on the shaved ice are boiled daily, free from artificial coloring and fragrances. There are five flavors available: Dragon Fruit Pineapple Milk, Tamsui Sunset, Okinawan Brown Sugar Soybean Flour, Yuzhu Jingshi (Adzuki Bean & Ice), and Blueberry Yogurt.
