Located on the eastern coast of Spain, Valencia is the country’s third-largest city. Many of its buildings feature unique shapes and designs, rich in artistic elements. French photographer Gauvin Lapetoule came to this city, describing the experience as a kind of pilgrimage, with the City of Arts & Sciences particularly captivating him.

The City of Arts and Sciences was designed by internationally renowned architect Santiago Calatrava, who was born locally. It is a complex dedicated to science, culture, and leisure. Situated in the dry riverbed of the Turia River, it is one of Spain’s modern tourist attractions.
