Located in the alleys of Neihu, Yamamoto-Do Japanese Toast Burg is originally a ramen shop. Since opening just over a month ago, it has focused on delivery and takeout due to its proximity to the Neihu Science Park, Neihu Senior High School of Technology and Commerce, and Lishan Junior High School. Its signature dish is the Rainbow Waterfall Toast, which is loved by nearby office workers and students for its vibrant colors and zero artificial coloring. For a special promotion, from now until the end of January, customers who show the ETtoday News Cloud app when making a purchase can receive a complimentary real 'milk tea' at the store.
Speaking about why he opened this shop, the owner said that he had always been running a ramen shop. Because he noticed that customers really liked the side dishes, he thought of combining them with hot-pressed toast. "We've observed that no one in the market is presenting hot-pressed toast in a Japanese style yet, and we hope everyone can taste our dedication."
