After the previous collaboration between McDonald's and Rilakkuma, which released a series of Happy Meal toys that received an overwhelming fan response, McDonald's Japan recently launched a 15th-anniversary commemorative animal costume series of Rilakkuma toys that delighted many local fans, with the popularity even leading to Taiwanese travelers purchasing them through proxy services. Now, McDonald's Taiwan is also following up just before Children's Day with an event—the full range of Happy Meals features new Rilakkuma toys in the second wave every week！

This time, McDonald's Taiwan has updated the "McDonald's Happy Meal: New Toy Every Week" campaign to coincide with Children's Day, launching four new Rilakkuma toys in the second wave along with a new Thomas the Tank Engine series. Among the Rilakkuma toys, two are the same as the 15th-anniversary commemorative animal costume versions previously released in Japan, so fans who want to collect them no longer need to go to Japan or search for proxy services—they’re available in Taiwan too！
