The popular lobster roll LUKE’S LOBSTER from Manhattan, New York, has become one of the must-visit restaurants for Taiwanese travelers in Japan since opening its branches there in 2015. Now, you don’t have to fly all the way to the U.S. or Japan—LUKE’S LOBSTER officially launched in Taiwan at the end of March, with its first store opening at Breeze Center. In addition to the lobster roll, it also offers two other flavors: shrimp roll and crab roll.

Founded in Manhattan, New York, LUKE’S LOBSTER has 30 branches across the United States, specializing in lobster rolls. It entered Tokyo, Japan in 2015 and now has five branches there, becoming a pilgrimage food spot for both local and international tourists.

The interior design of the first Taiwan store continues the style of the flagship store in Manhattan, New York. The flagship products are three types of seafood burgers: the signature lobster roll, the sweet and juicy crab roll, and the chewy shrimp roll. The lobster meat in the lobster roll uses only the sweet claw and knuckle parts, enhanced with lemon cream and herb seasonings to bring out the lobster’s natural sweetness.
