Three consecutive years of Michelin recommendation！ A renowned Japanese ramen shop makes its debut in Taiwan

Having received Tokyo Michelin Ramen recommendations for three consecutive years in 2015, 2016, and 2017, Due Italian made a pop-up appearance in Taiwan in 2017 to participate in a Japanese exhibition at a department store, blending traditional Japanese ramen with Italian pasta to create a unique ramen flavor that left a deep impression on many food enthusiasts.

This year, Due Italian has officially confirmed its entry into Taiwan. Its first branch in Taiwan will be located at A4, Taipei Shin Kong Mitsukoshi Xinyi New Life Square, and is scheduled to open on March 12. Ramen lovers who enjoy Italian-inspired flavors can now savor this unique taste without flying to Japan.

The chef behind Due Italian originally ran an Italian restaurant. After learning from a ramen shop owner, he incorporated Italian culinary flavors and ingredients into Japanese ramen. In addition to traditional flavors like soy sauce and salt, he also introduced Italian elements such as cheese, milk, and prosciutto to create a distinctive taste.
