The much-awaited Disney Halloween surprises are coming soon. This year, Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea will host the 55-day autumn special event “Disney Halloween Month” from September 10 to November 3. The most popular autumn event at Tokyo Disney Resort is expanding this year. Visitors can not only enjoy the fun-filled Halloween Month at Tokyo Disneyland but also experience the romantic and mysterious Halloween activities at Tokyo DisneySea.

The Halloween celebration at Tokyo DisneySea is themed around a glamorous exotic flair, with decorations such as jack-o'-lanterns, candles, and cobwebs placed throughout the park. In the Mediterranean Harbor and American Waterfront areas, you can spot street performers wearing Venetian masks strolling along the town paths. Disney characters and mischievous spirits have also specially designed the “Spooky Masquerade” and the welcome show “Mickey’s Mask Dance,” inviting guests to join in the fun. The Halloween party created together by Disney characters and playful ghosts is full of excitement, with jack-o'-lanterns and various ghostly decorations bringing a cute and playful Halloween vibe all over the park. The photo spots with Mickey and Minnie are must-visit memorial attractions. Additionally, during daytime hours, the Disney Halloween Parade “Meet the Villains Again!” takes place along the parade route, while at night, the completely different Disney Halloween Parade “Long Live the Villains!” is launched. Disney characters warmly invite guests to join them in battling the Disney villains and create unforgettable autumn memories. In addition to the various spectacular entertainment performances and special events, limited-edition Halloween merchandise and dining options will also add to the festive atmosphere. Starting September 1, Tokyo DisneySea will launch over 50 uniquely designed Halloween Month special items, along with more than 100 other products co-launched with Tokyo Disneyland, featuring designs such as pumpkins and bats, which will also go on sale simultaneously. Twenty-one dining facilities within the park will also offer sweet treats such as pumpkin-shaped chocolates with commemorative plates, as well as Halloween-themed meals starting in September. Moreover, staff members in the Mediterranean Harbor and American Waterfront areas will wear Venetian masks with an exotic flair to enhance the holiday atmosphere. Candy witches carrying pumpkin baskets will appear around the American Waterfront. Guests simply need to say “Trick-or-Treat” to the witch to receive an exclusive, specially created candy.

During the Halloween Month, guests may wear simple Halloween accessories in the park such as headbands and fun hats, or even Venetian masks to celebrate Halloween together. From September 10 to 16 and October 28 to November 3, guests are also welcome to dress up as Disney characters when visiting Tokyo Disneyland. Please note: For safety reasons, costumed guests may not be allowed to ride certain attractions.
