Prices range from HK$388 to HK$568, with an optional add-on of a premium wine or a glass of Perrier Jouet champagne for an additional HK$60.

While the term “Fusion” is commonly used to describe cuisine today, it originally comes from jazz, referring to a genre that emerged in the 1960s blending different musical styles. Aspasia’s Christmas dinner will feature five creatively crafted fusion dishes—from the starter “Thinly Sliced Tuna with Italian Tomato Coulis and Crispy Black Olives” to the main courses “Creamy Pumpkin Purée with Mediterranean Red Prawns and Black Truffle Sauce” and “Spiced Roast Suckling Pig with Cardamom Cheese Risotto,” all ending with an Italian Christmas dessert. The dinner, priced at HK$928, offers a glamorous finale to your festive Christmas.

In addition to festive dining, The Luxe Manor also offers special accommodation packages. A 2-day 1-night stay is priced at HK$1,350, while a 3-day 2-night superior room package is HK$2,400. These include daily breakfast at Aspasia, English afternoon tea at Dada Bar+Lounge accompanied by jazz music during the stay, and free entry to live jazz performances on Friday and Saturday evenings.
