Can burgers only be round? ISCOFFEE’s Zhongxiao flagship store under Dinghao Enterprise has launched an unprecedented square burger—“Italian Burger.” It features traditional Italian ciabatta bread with a crispy exterior and soft, chewy interior as the bun, paired with 100% Australian beef shaped into a square. It also includes a pan-seared fried egg for a creative touch that highlights the overall flavor, completely redefining the traditional concept of a round burger.
The “Italian Burger” uses ciabatta as its bun. Ciabatta is a historic Italian bread with various regional versions across Italy, all sharing characteristics of a crispy, aromatic crust and a soft yet chewy interior. Whether in its original or flavored versions, ciabatta has received high praise and strong sales performance at retail locations. Dinghao Enterprise has specially crafted this best-selling Italian bread into a delicious burger and introduced a rare and unique shape to the market.
The “Italian Burger” is made with 100% Australian beef patties, fresh vegetables, sauces, and a freshly pan-fried egg. The rich wheat aroma and unique texture of the ciabatta, combined with the layered freshness of each ingredient, create a perfect new burger-eating experience. Priced at NT$95, the “Italian Burger” is available at a special intro price of NT$50 from now until December 31, 2009.
