Asia’s only eco-resort hotel, offering a zero-distance holiday experience with animals

Envious of eco-tourism where you spend the night with wild animals? Starting February this year, there’s no need to travel all the way to Africa or the Americas, nor fly to the Southern Hemisphere’s New Zealand or Australia. Taiwan’s first and Asia’s only “Guanshan Six Flags Manor Eco-Resort Hotel” is set to open. Combining African safari and eco-friendly styles, it takes “a brand-new zero-distance holiday experience with animals” as its theme, leading a fresh wave in travel. Online reservations are now being accepted, with check-in available starting February 3rd for an amazing welcome.

Adjacent to the Six Flags Theme Park in Hsinchu, the Guanshan Six Flags Manor Eco-Resort Hotel is Asia’s only resort hotel designed around natural ecology and herbivorous animals. It features 164 rooms that can accommodate 2–6 people in African safari style, 2 themed restaurants using toxin-free ingredients, an African-themed play square, and a carefully curated selection of themed merchandise shops. The Guanshan Six Flags Manor is built around animal and ecological landscapes, with rooms boasting large floor-to-ceiling windows. Emphasizing views where, upon opening the window, you can see various free-roaming herbivorous animals from Africa — giraffes, rhinos, zebras, ostriches, Barbary sheep, ring-tailed lemurs, and sulcata tortoises — all right in front of you, allowing for zero-distance, intimate encounters with wildlife.

In addition to returning to the primitive concept of African ecology, the hotel also develops nearby hidden attractions using local Guanshan resources, introducing four major themed itineraries: “Natural Ecology,” “Historical Culture,” “Animal Exploration,” and “Longevity Wellness.” These lead guests to experience the joy of harvesting toxin-free fruits and vegetables, explore Hakka culture and listen to ancient sites tell their stories, take on the intimate role of animal protectors, and embark on life-extending wellness journeys featuring immortality grass and exclusive tea countryside tours.

The Guanshan Six Flags Manor Eco-Resort Hotel will open for adventure on February 3rd. For the first quarter, it introduces the “Eco-Exploration Holiday” trial stay experience offer, including: one night in a Congo Blue Sky Room, two servings of energizing breakfast, two servings of Hakka-style dinner, an intimate animal guided tour, and a choice of three private themed activities (toxin-free fruit and vegetable picking, secret wildlife park exploration, or exploring the world at Six Flags Theme Park). Prices start from NT$6,800 per room on weekdays, NT$7,600 per room on Fridays, and NT$8,400 per room on Saturdays. During the Lunar New Year holiday, the hotel also offers a trial stay experience promotion, with prices starting from NT$9,300 per room from February 14th to 20th.
