Kawazu Seven Waterfalls is a small hot spring village along the Kawazu River. This area is dotted with hot spring inns, restaurants, and souvenir shops. Be sure to stay overnight at a hot spring inn here. Moreover, food and accommodation are generally more affordable than in Yunoshima. The best part is the fresh seafood transported from the direction of Shimoda, most notably the long-legged crab and seaweed, available from October to February. In addition, you can visit the upstream waterfall area for sightseeing. The Waterfall Festival at the end of November is the liveliest event in the region.

The Kawazu Seven Waterfalls Loop Bridge is the most iconic landmark in the area. National Route 414 forms a spiral curve as it passes the entrance to the Great Waterfall Hot Spring, allowing vehicles to gracefully navigate the steep elevation changes by spiraling up or down the bridge surface.
