"Dismount Upon Hearing of War" Outer Island Tour – Collect Stamps on Sightseeing Passport for Grand Prizes

From now until May 31, an additional 10 bottles of "Mazu in Matsu Commemorative Liquor" will be given away as prizes through a lottery drawn from the 2009 Matsu Card?
