The IN Restaurant on the 28th floor of Taichung Hotel ONE offers a semi-buffet set menu, where the chef selects premium seasonal ingredients such as seafood and beef to present a range of stylish European dishes. Recommended main courses include “Roasted Spring Chicken with Truffle Asparagus,” “Pan-Seared Saffron Salmon with Risotto,” “Grilled Mushroom Wine Ribeye,” and an “Indian Seafood & Meat BBQ Platter.” The Happy Mom Semi-Buffet Set prices are NT$1,180+10% per person for the evening set on May 8, and NT$880+10% per person for the lunch set on May 9. The Top of ONE restaurant on the 46th floor presents a premium grilled steak feast, where the chef specially selects USDA Prime grain-fed top-grade beef and showcases his exquisite culinary skills. The Premium Steak Set prices are NT$2,280+10% per person for the evening set on May 8, and NT$1,680+10% per person for the lunch set on May 9.

From now until May 9, the hotel’s L’Atelier on the 1st floor offers a takeaway pastry service for beautiful moms. The chef ingeniously incorporates rose petals into the pastries, delightfully presenting a multi-layered sweet and sour flavor. The Rose Lemon Cake is priced at NT$580 per 6T mold and NT$780 per 9T mold. Moms who enjoy the Happy Mom Semi-Buffet Set at IN Restaurant will receive a complimentary handmade essential oil soap, while those who dine on the Premium Steak Set at Top of ONE will receive a SHISEIDO Brightening Skincare Set from the renowned skincare brand. Additionally, Taipei Fuhang Hotel has also launched two Mother’s Day cakes. The hotel’s pastry kitchen has transformed its best-selling signature chocolate cake into a heart shape, adorned with carnation decorations, creating the limited-edition “Heart-Shaped Berlin Chocolate Cake” for Mother’s Day. The other option, “Rainbow Orchid Core,” combines healthy ingredients such as matcha, raspberry, and Korean yuzu sauce. Orders placed before April 25 can enjoy a 10% discount.
