Savor authentic Thai royal cuisine as “Royal Thai Supreme” debuts in Taipei 101 Food Street

“Royal Thai Supreme” can be considered the flagship project of the Tai Ping Tian Guo Catering Group’s first foray into department store food courts, as well as its first attempt at an independent Thai dining brand. It offers a departure from the traditional, slow-paced restaurant dining experience, allowing Thai food to be enjoyed quickly and easily. Even with limited time, you can still savor the bold, non-spicy heat, and sweet-and-sour delights of Thai cuisine that leave a lingering, delicious aftertaste.

“Royal Thai Supreme” adheres to the ingredient standards of “Thai SELECT” restaurants, with over 70% of its seasonings and ingredients imported directly from Thailand. The menu also adopts the concept of neo-Thai cuisine: half of the dishes involve reimagining classic Thai recipes in terms of content, ingredients, presentation, and pricing; the other half builds upon local traditional flavors, incorporating the most authentic Thai seasonings to ensure every dish is not only richly spicy and tangy but also comforting with nostalgic Taiwanese undertones.

In addition to innovating in Thai creative cuisine, “Royal Thai Supreme” also establishes a brand-new concept in branding and visual identity. Its first flagship store in the Taipei 101 Food Street features an elegant black base infused with noble gold patterns, presenting a sleek, refined, and fashionable dining ambiance. It also incorporates the glory of the Thai royal family into both its decor and dishes. The menu highlights the idea that even simple items can offer a rich culinary experience. A transparent glass-partitioned cooking performance area has also been set up, where special dishes are demonstrated and taught live, alongside the sale of gift sets featuring specially made sauces from Tai Ping Tian Guo.
