Regent Yilan’s Mother’s Day special package kicks off on the evening of May 8th in the International Ballroom. The executive chef has carefully crafted many nostalgic classic dishes. The 10-person table menu is priced at NT$9,888 per table. There is also the “Gourmet and Joyful Holiday” package, which includes a 10-person table menu, one deluxe double room, and one deluxe family room for four — all at an amazing value of just NT$16,888. During the dinner, a live band will perform a series of heartwarming songs that moms will love and can sing along to. With touching melodies and a table full of delicious food, enjoy a wonderful celebration.
A taste of nostalgia begins with the “10 Scenic Spots of Regent Yilan” themed appetizers, featuring small dishes made with local ingredients from 12 townships in Yilan, each presented in a stylish modern Chinese style. The main courses include “Dragon Play with Mandarin Ducks,” “Nostalgic Old-School Shark Fin Meatball Soup,” “Red Crab Glutinous Rice,” “Fragrant Whole Chicken,” “Fresh Dragon Spring Fish,” “Dried Scallop Braised with Bok Choy,” “Tender Bamboo Shoots Stewed with Pork Ribs,” “Exquisite Twin Brilliance,” and “Taiwan Four Seasons Fruit Platter.” In addition to Chinese cuisine, Regent Yilan’s Buffet Restaurant is also offering a special Mother’s Day feast — lunch at NT$539 per person and dinner at NT$659 per person.
