Theme parks make your FUN summer — laugh your way through a joyful July

This summer’s theme park events are full of endless laughter, rich themes, and diverse entertainment. Northern Taiwan’s Bajianshui Coast presents the “Bajianshui Rock Music Festival,” inviting 72 groups of high school and university rock bands to perform live every Saturday and Sunday afternoon. Formosan Aboriginal Culture Village’s “Unlimited Fun at Formosan Aboriginal Culture Village — Special Price NT$550 and Get a Sun Moon Lake Cable Car Ride!” introduces a new sea-land-air 3D experience, and participants in challenge games can win limited-edition prizes. Janfusun Fancyworld debuts a crowd-attracting facility designed and built by a Hollywood special effects team in July, where you may win free accommodation and a NT$50,000 cash prize.

Southern Taiwan’s Wild West Safari offers “Animal Discovery — Wild & Gifted,” giving away beautiful piggy banks with on-site ticket purchases. Jian Shan Pi Jiangnan Resort’s “Splendid Jiangnan Carnival” features a 1-night stay with 3 meals deal, special online booking discounts on selected dates, and great value camping packages. Meanwhile, Eastern Taiwan’s Yehliu Ocean Park’s “Summer Madness ‘Hualien Ocean SHOW’” features a summer night fireworks display every weekend evening, with afternoon tickets priced at NT$590.
