When talking about Hong Kong’s culinary icons, one cannot fail to mention Yung Kee Restaurant. Since 2008, Yung Kee has received a one-star rating in the Hong Kong Michelin Guide every year, but even before that, as early as 1986, it was recommended by the American magazine Fortune as one of the world’s top 15 fine dining restaurants.
