Zuma, a leading award-winning Japanese restaurant in London, has a branch in Hong Kong located at Landmark, blending the latest concepts of fashionable Japanese dining and bars in Hong Kong. It has been listed by S.Pellegrino as one of the world’s best restaurants, ranking among the global top 100. The newly launched “Sake Saturday” has been widely welcomed, offering premium sake brewed by a brewery in Fukui Prefecture, Japan, paired with seasonal ingredients for a top-tier Japanese culinary experience.

Zuma spans 10,000 square TN across the fifth and sixth floors, with a clean and minimalist design as its main theme. The fifth floor features a Japanese garden layout with an open natural stone kitchen, while the sixth-floor bar area is built to resemble a traditional Japanese house, connected by a stunning spiral staircase between the two levels. There are three open kitchens: the main kitchen, sushi bar, and robatayaki grill counter, allowing guests to watch the cooking process. It is also a popular venue for champagne gatherings and cocktail parties.

The plating of Zuma’s dishes is also very refined, resembling works of art. (Photo provided by Zuma)

The limited “Sake Saturday” set menu is available only on Saturdays. The chef specially prepares 15 creative izakaya-style dishes, perfectly paired with over 25 varieties of authentic sake, reflecting seasonal dishes that match the flavors of different sakes. The cost is HK$550 per person (service charge not included). Customers can also enjoy izakaya-style dishes without sake for HK$490 per person.

To complement the sake, the chef changes the dishes seasonally at irregular intervals. (Photo provided by Zuma)
