Just 7 seconds to reach the ground surface again — the new children’s playground “Tallest Slide in Northern Taiwan” is now open!

Taipei Children’s Amusement Park has something new to offer at the start of the new year. A three-story-tall spiral semi-transparent slide opened to the public on New Year’s Day. Sliding from the third floor to the first takes just 7 seconds, making it the tallest slide in Northern Taiwan so far.

This new attraction at Taipei Children’s Amusement Park is called “Good溜” (Good Slide). It stands 10.5 meters tall — roughly the height of three floors — and stretches 25 meters in length. The entire slide is semi-transparent, allowing riders to enjoy views of the park while sliding. It takes just 7 seconds to descend from the third floor to the first. Since opening on New Year’s Day, it has attracted many visitors eager to give it a try.

There are some restrictions to ride “Good溜.” Riders must be at least 100 cm tall. The park provides special harness bags where you place your feet, cross your arms over your thighs, and, with the help of staff, swiftly slide down.
