Get accommodation discounts by presenting your Taiwan Railways ticket

Starting November 15, after days and nights of intensive repair work by the Directorate General of Highways, the Su-Hua Highway, which had been closed for 25 days, finally reopened to the public's great anticipation. To celebrate the reopening, the Hualien County Government, in collaboration with various tourism industry players, launched the “FUN Heart Travel Hualien, I’ll Cover Your Stay” campaign. The first 500 private cars traveling to Hualien via the Su-Hua Highway during the designated promotional period are eligible to participate in lucky draws for free accommodation vouchers and local gifts. Until February 1 of the following year, they have also joined forces with various operators for the “Send Off Nine, Welcome Hundred” campaign, where travelers taking the train to Hualien can enjoy a variety of discounts by presenting their train ticket stubs.

In addition to providing free accommodation vouchers for the “FUN Heart Travel Hualien, I’ll Cover Your Stay” campaign as lottery prizes, Hotel Miilang has also launched two Taiwan Railways ticket promotions. First, from November 15 to January 31 of the following year, guests booking the 【Soaring Hearts Holiday】 and staying at Miilang can enjoy a discount of NT$100 off the room rate for each Taiwan Railways ticket to Hualien presented according to room type, NT$200 off for two tickets, and so on, with a maximum discount of NT$400 per room. This offer is valid every day, including weekdays and holidays. Booking the 【Soaring Hearts Holiday】 directly through the Miilang official website also entitles you to an immediate upgrade to a luxury room. Moreover, before December 31 of this year, guests staying at Hotel Miilang can present one Taiwan Railways ticket to Hualien per room to immediately book either the 【Lintianshan – Nostalgic Half-Day Tour】 or the 【Tianxiang Taroko Half-Day Tour】. The original price for two people on these selected tours is NT$1,400, but now you can enjoy a special price of NT$900.
