Blending Eastern and Western art and culture, and exchanging music and creativity from various countries can ignite the brightest sparks. This year’s “Wei Wu Ying Cross-border Music Festival” will take place on December 4 and December 11 in Kaohsiung, offering a romantic exotic atmosphere, allowing the public to enjoy beautiful melodies during their holidays.

The outdoor large-scale performance event of the “Wei Wu Ying Cross-border Music Festival” in Kaohsiung County will take place at the Wei Wu Ying Metropolitan Park. It invites famous cross-border performing groups from both domestic and international backgrounds, combining Eastern and Western music, lifestyle culture, and European-style gourmet feasts. Performers include the Middle Eastern “KanZaman Middle Eastern Ethnic Cross-border Orchestra,” the “Taipei Philharmonic Orchestra,” and the American Juilliard School’s “Wild Ginger Boys Quintet.” Together with graceful solo dancers, the spectacular program spans from classical to pop, satisfying all audiences.

Visitors can come with a relaxed and joyful mood, bring their own food or drinks, and enjoy the music either sitting or lying down.
