Sailor Moon is back in Tokyo again — a giant dome exhibition takes you on a journey to the origin of the universe

It’s hard to believe that Japan’s iconic anime “Sailor Moon” has already reached its 26th anniversary this year. In addition to last year’s exhibition in Tokyo, a special display is now being held at the space museum TeNQ inside Tokyo Dome City. From now until April 15, the “Sailor Moon x TeNQ Project Exhibition — Over the Sailor Moon: An Invitation to the Universe” will be on view. Fans of the anime or those interested in the origins of the universe shouldn’t miss it.

What makes this exhibition special is the way the organizers have tied the theme to the cosmos. Alongside showcases of the planets represented by each Sailor Senshi, there will also be explanations about the connection between the moon and Earth — blending education with entertainment.

In addition, there will be photo zones where visitors can take pictures with scenes from the anime, enhancing the interactive experience of the exhibition.
