The Japanese restaurant and bar Zuma, located at Landmark in Central, Hong Kong, has been selected for the second time as one of the “Asia’s 20 Best Restaurants” by the authoritative culinary guide Miele Guide. The latest 2010/2011 edition of the Miele Guide (www.mieleguide.com) ranks Zuma at No. 7 among Asia’s 20 Best Restaurants, and as the No. 2 restaurant among the five selected in Hong Kong, with the review stating: “Another outstanding restaurant at Landmark in Central, Hong Kong.”

Zuma in Hong Kong has been ranked 7th among Asia’s 20 Best Restaurants.

Zuma is one of the five Hong Kong representatives shortlisted for this year’s Asia’s 20 Best Restaurants. The ranking is based on votes from thousands of independent contributors, with over 100,000 nomination ballots covering restaurants across 18 countries in the region. A panel of renowned food critics and gastronomy columnists further narrowed down the list to the final 20 from 914 candidate restaurants.

Restaurant Zuma has a strong Japanese style.
