Singapore Airlines, which boasts the world's largest market capitalization, is known for its memorable tropical-themed cabin crew uniforms. Starting this year, in response to economic recovery and increased air travel demand, it will begin adding 4 more weekly flights from March 27, increasing its schedule from 14 to 18 flights per week. This allows travelers to choose from morning, afternoon, or evening departures. The airline has also launched a special frequent flyer miles promotion for Taiwanese customers. Travelers planning to visit Europe, Australia, New Zealand, or West Asia are encouraged to take advantage of this offer.

Starting March 27, a new flight, SQ881/880, will be added on the Taipei-Singapore route, making travel to 92 destinations across 37 countries within the Singapore Airlines and Scoot network more convenient. Additionally, from March 28, a new thrice-weekly service between Singapore and São Paulo, Brazil, will begin — marking the first time Singapore Airlines has expanded its network to South America. To encourage passengers to experience the new services, Singapore Airlines is offering special promotional fares (not eligible for mileage accrual) for specified flights between Taipei and Singapore, Southeast Asia, West Asia, Europe, or New Zealand & Australia, with prices starting from NT$8,558 (taxes included).

For mileage accumulation, members of Singapore Airlines’ frequent flyer program KrisFlyer who purchase round-trip tickets from Taipei to Europe, Australia, New Zealand, or West Asia, and choose to fly SQ881 or SQ880 on the Taipei-Singapore sector, can earn 5,000 bonus miles for one-way trips or 10,000 miles for round trips during the campaign period.
