Have you been to the Flower Expo? People across Taiwan are going crazy for it. During the recent consecutive holidays, it even set a record of 150,000 visitors in a single day. Many queued overnight starting at midnight just to get reservation tickets for the popular Dream Pavilion, which were all gone by 5:30 a.m. With only 54 days left until the Expo closes, the Flower Expo headquarters is urging visitors to go on Tuesdays and Wednesdays to enjoy a better experience.

Don’t wait any longer if you haven’t been to the Flower Expo yet!

The Flower Expo headquarters stated that there are still 2.5 million pre-sale tickets unused among the public and urged people not to wait any longer, as crowds will only grow as the closing date approaches. Statistics since the opening show that Tuesdays are the least crowded weekdays, with an average of 37,533 visitors, followed by Wednesdays with an average of 38,685. Choosing these two days to visit will help you avoid the "more people than flowers" scenario.

The “2011 Taipei International Orchid Show” will be held from February 26 to March 20 in Zones A and B of the Flower Expo’s Splendor Pavilion. The first “All Flowers Bloom: Orchid Banquet” series of competitions featured 914 individual orchids and 105 potted orchids competing in the “Individual Flower Competition,” “Potted Flower Competition,” and “Rare Flower Competition.” Interested visitors can go and admire these internationally acclaimed orchids.

Additionally, the Dream Pavilion has announced it will continue operating after the Flower Expo closes, with plans to extend its run until June next year. It will be open from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday, and until 8:30 p.m. on Saturdays. Each session lasts about 7 minutes, but the pricing details are still to be confirmed.
